“Kerala Industrial and Technological Consultancy Organization (KITCO) Ltd has already completed the survey and chalked out the plan for upgrading Mangalore Central into a world class railway station,” said Piyush Agarwal, DRM of Palghat Division.
He was speaking in the railway progress meeting held under the initiative of MP Nalin Kumar Kateel at Circuit House here on Monday November 25.
